How long does the assessment take?
Typically two to three weeks of fieldwork plus one week of analysis and reporting. Your team continues working normally throughout. We interview, observe, and pull data — we do not stop operations to study them.
What kind of recommendations should I expect?
A mix of process changes (often free to implement), tool adjustments, automation candidates, and structural recommendations. Each is prioritized by impact and effort, with realistic ROI estimates.
What does this engagement cost?
All consulting pricing is custom-scoped on a Discovery Call. You receive a fixed-price proposal before work begins. Operations Assessment engagements scale with business complexity and team size.
Do you also implement the recommendations?
Yes if you want us to. Many clients move from assessment into a Build Your Foundation implementation engagement. Others take the recommendations to their existing team or another partner. Either path works.
