Do I have to book a discovery call to work with Intelligent Analytics?

No. For platform-only customers (ARION, SPARK, OLIVER, STELLA), self-service signup through the portal is fully supported. The Discovery Call is required for consulting engagements (Build Your Brand, Foundation, Clarity, Engine) because those engagements need to be scoped before any work begins. If you only need the platform, the portal is the fastest path.

What should I expect on a discovery call?

A real conversation about your business — what you do, what is working, what is breaking, and what you are hoping to solve. Most discovery calls run 30 to 45 minutes. By the end, we both have a clear sense of whether a follow-up proposal makes sense. There is no obligation to move forward, and we will not push you to.

How quickly do you respond to emails?

Within one business day, almost always the same day. Emails sent over weekends or holidays are answered the next business day morning. If something is urgent, calling is faster — we answer the phone during business hours.

Do you work with clients outside Iowa?

Yes. Intelligent Analytics is based in Urbandale, Iowa, but the team works with service businesses across the country. Most engagements are delivered remotely. On-site visits are available when they help — we travel as needed for clients we are actively working with.

What is the smallest engagement you take on?

For consulting, individual engagements typically start around $3,000 — things like a Digital Brand Audit or a small Process Mapping engagement. For platform plans, ARION hosting starts at low hundreds per month. We work with sole operators all the way up to multi-team service businesses.
