Intelligent Analytics connects to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn on behalf of our clients so that we can publish content to, and read performance data from, the business accounts those clients authorize.
How to request deletion of your data
Email info@intelligentanalyticsdm.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your Intelligent Analytics account
- The Facebook Page, Instagram Business account or LinkedIn Page you connected
- Whether you want the connection removed only, or all stored data deleted
What we do
- We acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- We revoke the access tokens for the connected accounts on receipt.
- We delete the stored data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.
You can also disconnect yourself at any time
Sign in at portal.intelligentanalyticsdm.com and use the Disconnect button on the connected account under Social Channels. Disconnecting revokes and deletes the stored access token immediately.
To remove Intelligent Analytics’ access from Facebook’s side: Facebook › Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › Intelligent Analytics Social › Remove.
