Cross-System Event Routing

Listens to events from all Intelligence Layers and routes them to downstream systems. When something happens in one product, the right thing happens automatically in another — without any manual triggers or Zapier connectors.

Example: ARION form submitted → SPARK contact created → OLIVER inquiry opened → SPARK welcome automation enrolled → STELLA lead source recorded. One event. Five outcomes.

Automation Governance

Ensures every automation runs safely — idempotency (same event never triggers twice), automatic retries with backoff, full error capture, and an auditable log of every execution. No orphaned automations. No runaway triggers.

Example: Stripe payment webhook fires twice due to a network retry. ARGUS detects the duplicate event ID and processes it only once — your invoice status updates exactly once, no double-confirms sent.

Workflow Registry

A centralized registry of all active automation workflows across the platform. Each workflow is versioned, auditable, and has defined trigger conditions, actions, and failure behavior. When you add a new product, its workflows register automatically.

Example: You subscribe to SPARK after using OLIVER for 6 months. ARGUS automatically registers the job-complete → review-request → re-engagement workflow. No setup on your part.

STELLA Intelligence Loop

Consumes STELLA's insight and anomaly events and executes approved actions — notify, schedule, create task, suggest staffing adjustment. This is how STELLA's intelligence becomes operational action, not just a report you have to act on manually.

Example: STELLA Watchtower detects a revenue anomaly. ARGUS routes the alert to your portal, sends an ACS notification to your account owner, and includes a drill-through link to the exact STELLA dashboard. All automatic.
