Every FORGE engagement is scoped, priced, and delivered as a discrete project. No unlimited retainers. No surprise overages.

Discovery & Scoping

$500 – $1,500

A structured session to define requirements, map architecture, identify dependencies, and produce a scoped proposal with fixed price or retainer structure. Always the first step — we never skip to build.

Fee is credited toward your project if you proceed. Complexity determines the scoping fee.

Fixed-Price Projects

Defined Deliverable, Fixed Total

$1,500 – $20,000+

Defined deliverable, defined timeline, fixed total price based on the scoping estimate. Scope changes require a change order — no surprise costs.

API integrations: $1,500–$5,000 · Custom portals: $3,000–$15,000 · Custom STELLA data + reports: $2,000–$8,000 · Multi-system integrations: $5,000–$20,000+

Ongoing Maintenance

Monthly Retainer

$1,500 – $5,000/mo

Defined hours per month for ongoing development, enhancements, and maintenance of a FORGE-built system. Scope is defined — not open-ended.

Retainer hour blocks: 10hrs/mo ($1,500) · 20hrs/mo ($3,000) · Custom scope available. Requires an active FORGE-built system.

All FORGE builds use Intelligent Analytics platform infrastructure — authentication, tenant model, event bus, and deployment. This is what makes FORGE work economically and keeps FORGE-built systems maintainable long-term.

How It Works

From first conversation to delivered system.

A structured 5-step process that keeps every FORGE project on scope, on time, and on budget.

Discovery & Scoping

Requirements, architecture, dependencies, and effort estimate. Output: a scoped proposal with fixed price or retainer structure.

Proposal Acceptance

Signed proposal + deposit (typically 50% for fixed-price projects). Scope is locked. Change orders required for additions.

Step-Gated Build

Infrastructure → schema → API → UI → testing → documentation. Each step confirmed before proceeding to the next.

Testing & Client Review

UAT period with defined acceptance criteria. You sign off before final delivery and final payment.

Delivery & Handoff

Final payment, documentation delivered, retainer conversation if ongoing maintenance is needed.

Optional Retainer

Separately scoped and priced. Defines hours, deliverable types, and response SLA for ongoing system maintenance.

Existing Intelligent Analytics platform clients receive priority scheduling on FORGE engagements and may be eligible for a platform discount on FORGE work.

Every FORGE build runs on Intelligent Analytics infrastructure.

Authentication, tenant isolation, the platform event bus, and deployment all use the same infrastructure as the standard Intelligence Layers. This keeps FORGE-built systems secure, maintainable, and connected to the rest of your platform.
